Application and Showing Procedures

An application must be completed for each adult living in the property. Complete the work information as well as rental information.

Proof of income by paystubs or bank statements

There is a fee for the application. Please contact the office at 208-677-2055.

The following forms of identification will be needed once application has been approved: Driver's License, Picture ID, Social Security Card.

Renter's Insurance in place.

Lease signed and completed.
-
Deposits and Rents paid per agreement.

Verification of utilities in your name.
